Getting Started on nTelos Voicemail Messaging

1. Dial your own number or the voicemail access number for your area _________________.
2. If you are dialing from the phone that has the voicemail service - you will hear - "Please enter your security code"
3. If you are dialing voicemail away from your phone, you will hear "Please enter your mailbox number". You would then enter your ten digit voicemail number. When you hear your personal greeting, press the # key and then enter your security code.
4. If you are dialing from another phone that may also have voicemail, when you hear "Please enter your security code", you will hit the # key instead and then you will hear "Please enter your mailbox number". Once you enter your mailbox number, you will hear your personal greeting, hit the # key and then enter your security code.

1. Dial the voicemail access number for your area _________________.
2. Your temporary security code is 9999. Enter 9999 when you hear "Please enter your security code". Then press the # key. This will speed up entry.
3. Follow the step by step instructions to setup a new security code and personal greeting.

When you enter your mailbox, you will be at the main menu.

• To play your messages, press 1.
• To change your greeting, press 2.
• To record a message, press 3.
• To change your security code, or playback mode, press 8.

From the main menu, press the 1 key to play your messages. After your message has finished playing you can press:

• 1 - saves the message as a new message.
• 2 - saves the message and puts it at the end of your new messages.
• 3 - lets you answer or reply to another voicemail.
• 5 - deletes the message.
• 7 - forward the message to another mailbox.

To make or record a message press 3 from the main menu

• Record your message.
• Press 9 key.
• Enter the mailbox you want to send your message to (ten digits).
• You can enter more than one mailbox.
• Once you've entered all the mailboxes that you want to send the message to, hit the # key and your message will be sent.
